The Museum is located to the left of the Community Center and is also the place where Scott works. The Museum opens on the third day of Spring of the first year. Upon first time entering the museum, you will learn that Starlet Town had to sell all their museum collection. This is where Scott will ask player to help him donate items to the Museum.
