Millie is a dateable townie in Starlet Town. She works at the local library.
She owns a traditional house in Garden Lane and rents one of the rooms out to Yuri. She spends her free time bird watching or at the hot spring. Not only does she take good care of the books at the library, her day-to-day includes helping Connor with arranging fairs and keeping Coral Island's only publication, Starlet Digest, alive.
