Chaem

Chaem is a character in Coral Island and one of the 25 available marriage candidates. She lives in Observatory.

Personality

Chaem is blunt and straightforward person, sometimes to the point of coming off as rude and especially to those she doesn't know well. Taking the time to get to know her, reveals her to be a hard-working and focused athlete dedicated to her volleyball career. Chaem is very active and spends most of her days outside exercising or practicing with her team or friends, before serving as the beach's lifeguard most afternoons. With her competitive nature, she hopes to see her team make it to the Pokyo Volleyball Tournament.

Relationships

Chaem lives with her housemate Wakuu at the observatory where he works and the two can be presumed to be good friends. The both of them are also on good terms with Takeba at the neighboring Bath House, and have been known to help the old man with its maintenance.

Chaem is a member of a volleyball team called the Coral Reefs. While she considers herself one of the best players on the team, she's eager to impress them and see the team to victory. When they aren't around for her to practice with, she plays with Aaliyah instead. Even if Aaliyah isn't as committed to playing professionally, the two enjoy challenging each other to greater skill with their games. Chaem has also taken notice of Zoe's volleyball skills and has offered to coach her should she ever decide to go further with it.
