Ranching: The basics
Book Content
"The key to being a great rancher lies in caring for your animals, as ranching is quite different from farming. You're dealing with living creatures that need food, cleaning, and love. To better understand your animals, here are some tips:
1. The mood of your animals affects their productivity. Remember, a cow in a bad mood might not produce milk, so keep an eye on their happiness! 2. Let your animals out on sunny days for sunbathing and grazing. Just like us, they enjoy a bit of outdoor time to boost their mood. 3. If your animals are outside, there's no need to feed them again. They'll graze on the fresh grass. 4. The stronger your bond with an animal, the larger the size of the product they produce. A well-loved animal means more abundant yields. 5. For higher quality animal products, provide them with better quality fodder. It makes a noticeable difference."
