Emma lives in a cottage behind Taco Truck with her partner, Dippa. She can usually be found at her food truck selling homemade mexican food or at their cottage making them. Having to save up for many years to build her own venture, Emma is a grateful lady and proud of her food truck. She received an initial boost in the form of “a set-up” ingredients/groceries from her former boss, Sam. She lives a quiet life and is not a big fan of night-outs-- she prefers a quiet evening watching TV, while sipping on hot tea. In her free time, she enjoys taking a long bath and relaxing by the Lake.
