Consumables refer to the various Food and Drink in the game that can be used to restore Health and Stamina. Many consumables also give the player a Buff or Debuff after use.
Consumables can be obtained from Cooking, Crafting, Ranching, Farming, Foraging, Artisan equipment, or Purchasing.
