Artisan Goods

Artisan goods are items that are produced using artisan equipment by processing raw crops, foraged items, or animal products. Each artisan piece of equipment produces different goods of different qualities, depending on the quality of the ingredients.

Artisan goods are produced in the span of a few hours to days and usually sell for more than the raw ingredients they are produced from.

Overview

In order to make artisan goods, the player has to obtain artisan equipment first. The equipment is unlocked by leveling up the player's basic skills. Once the player obtains the equipment, they can craft it and place it on their farm, and then load it with raw items to start producing. The player can have as many artisan machines as they would like, provided they have the required materials and space to place them.

Each artisan good consumes one input item and takes from an hour to several days to produce depending on the machine and item used. The resulting quality depends on the quality of the input item used.

Bee house

A bee house produces honey from flowers. It is unlocked by reaching level 2 in Bug catching skill.

Cheese wheel

A cheese press makes cheese. It is currently uncraftable but can be obtained as an offering reward.

Keg

A keg makes beverages like juice, mead, wine, beer, sake, coffee, green tea, and luwak coffee. It is unlocked by reaching level 4 in Farming skill.

Loom

A loom makes cloth from wool and cotton. It is unlocked by reaching level 6 in Ranching skill. Loom

Mason jar

Mason jar is used to preserve fruit and vegetables and make tofu and butter. It is unlocked by reaching level 3 in Farming skill.

Mayonnaise machine

Mayonnaise machine is used to turn any eggs into mayonnaise. It is unlocked by reaching level 2 in Ranching skill.

Oil press

An oil press makes oil from almonds, olives, canola, and truffles. It is unlocked by reaching level 7 in Farming skill. Oil press
