Kira and her husband, Jack, own the ranch. Though they don't celebrate birthdays, or any other festivities, the couple would still be happy to receive gifts-- The family lives in a cabin by the forest, just ~10 minutes walk from their ranch.
As a retired huntress with an adult son, everything in her life, right now, is basically self-sustainable. She spends her day guarding the mouth of the forest, from the comfort of her cabin, defending the town from monsters. Kira also enjoys doing yoga, flower arrangements and playing the flute. Though retired, she still wears her combat boots, just in case..
You can talk to Kira about mining/ combat. She would be the NPC to give you quests/rewards for slaying certain monsters.
