Pity System
The Treasure Trove Gachapon system in Coral Island employs a "pity system" to ensure fairness and excitement for players. This system guarantees that after a certain number of pulls, players will receive a special reward, thus enhancing their overall experience and reducing frustration.
How the Pity System Works:
For every 20 capsules a player pulls, the 20th capsule is guaranteed to contain a special reward. This ensures that players always receive a significant prize after a fixed number of attempts.
Every time a player pulls a capsule and does not receive a special reward, the chances of getting one increase. This incremental boost in probability keeps the experience engaging and provides hope for better rewards with each subsequent pull.
The first 5 capsule is given slightly higher chance, so lucky player can get early special reward.
At the 15th pull, the chances of receiving a special reward increase dramatically to 50%. This significant boost ensures that players have a much higher likelihood of obtaining a special reward before reaching the guaranteed 20th pull.
Once a player receives a special reward, the increased chances reset back to the initial 10%.
