Jim supplies fish/ seafood to local establishments, but as his retirement days approaching, he eventually cuts down his fishing time and helps Sunny run the Beach Shack (as a cook) instead. Jim makes a killer smoke salmon that he sometimes sells at the shack. Aside from that, he prefers whole foods in his diet. He likes doing tai chi on his day off and scavenging for organic fruits/veggies around the forest; dislikes loud music and beer. He is a widower who lives at 2 Main Ave with his adult children, Theo and Lily. A good friend with Sam.
