Oliver is the same age Archie and lives at the Beach Shack. On the weekend, after Oliver is done with homework, he spends his time surfing and watching reruns of his favorite shows about a Japanese boy solving murders. He loves detective shows, seafood ramen and Jim’s smoked salmon. He wants to join law force and grows up to be a police detective.

Date 12 - 21	Will you be planting any flowers this Spring? I can’t plant too much because we live on the beach. The sand won’t work.
	It’s almost time for school exams. I hope I’m ready.
	I wish the ocean would warm up faster so I can go swimming. It’s still cold from Winter.

**Summer**
Date 11 - 20	I think it’s a good day to have ice cream!
Date 20 -25	Me and my friends will be there for the Beach Cleanup Festival! We’re super excited.
	Dad says all the big fish come out in Summer. I wonder where they hide during Winter.
	The Beach Shack is sooooo busy in Summer. Where do all those people come from?
	I don’t wanna go to school when it’s this hot. It’s too icky.

**Fall**
Date 1 - 9	Ice cream is the perfect treat. You can eat it in Spring, Fall like now, even Winter. It’s never too cold for ice cream…or too hot! That’s just silly.
	Dad says Fall is salmon season. I hope Jim makes some more smoked salmon!
	Hmm…was it Fall or Summer? I can’t remember.
	It’s fun to jump in big piles of leaves. You can make them spray everywhere, like – woosh!
	Mom says farmers harvest a lot of crops in Fall. Did you harvest anything?

**Winter**
Date 1 - 10	I don’t think bees are flying around during Winter.
	I want to make the biggest snowman in the world! But I don’t think we have enough snow yet.
Date 20 - 28	Aww… Winter’s ending soon. I’m gonna miss the snow.

	Eating ice cream makes me feel even colder in Winter. Brrrrr!
