He is the town doctor, alongside Yuri.

On his day to day, he prefers to dress conservatively. He uses his single-life free time catching up with the islanders at the Tavern, or just going around spitting out medical advice. On summers, he usually frequents the hair salon “to keep his color alive”. Though he insists that his unnaturally brighter-than-the-sun flock of hair is, in fact, organic-- locals believe that to be a disguise to conceal his gloom tendency. Which comes as no-surprise, since bad luck seems to have its way with Charles. In his youth, he was disowned by his parents, worked his way through medical school and when he finally thought he caught a break by marrying the love of his life. Sorrow comes running through the door-- he caught her cheating, had a messy divorce and has been heartbroken since.. He now lives with an overgrown frat-boy, Scott as a housemate. Charles is spiritual; he has an altar for Boda in his living room. He enjoys meditating, watching TV, and indulging on burritos. Has a pollen allergy, dislikes flowers.
